Raised in Chicago’s vibrant Italian-American community, Anthony (“Tony”) Scardino grew up surrounded by the flavors and traditions that shaped his culinary path. Trained under master pizzaiolos, he blends heritage, education, and innovation, earning recognition an entrepreneur and teacher of Italian and Chicago food culture. We are honored to have Tony as part of the PizzaMaster Ambassador program.
