Audrey Kelly, owner and pizzaiola of Audrey Jane’s Pizza Garage in Boulder, Colorado, has dedicated her career to the craft of pizza-making.

She grew up in her family’s bagel store, learning the business and recipes from a young age, which laid the foundation for her passion for dough and the food industry.

Her love for pizza first ignited in childhood, baking alongside her mother, and truly took shape while living in Italy to pursue a journalism degree. Inspired by the country’s rich pizza culture, she shifted her focus from writing to dough-making, training under Tony Gemignani at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco.

After honing her skills, Audrey returned to Boulder to open Pizza Garage, where her dedication to high-quality ingredients and innovative techniques quickly gained a loyal following. Her pizzas have earned national recognition, with multiple features on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Travel Channel’s Food Paradise. A competitive pizzaiola, Audrey is a World Pizza Champion and has represented the U.S. in pizza competitions across Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Naples, and Parma.

As an Ambassador as well for Women in Pizza, a frequent contributor to Pizza Today, and a guest on major pizza podcasts like Pizza Quest and Modernist Pizza, Audrey is a respected voice in the industry.

Audrey, as Ambassador for PizzaMaster Ovens, brings her expertise to showcase how PizzaMaster ovens help elevate pizza-making, allowing chefs to push the boundaries of efficiency and creativity.

With a deep love for pizza and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Audrey continues to inspire and innovate, one slice at a time.
