For Scott Rivera, pizza has always been more than food. It’s a connection to memories, community, and the pursuit of the perfect recipe. Growing up with a love for authentic New York-style pizza, Scott became fascinated by what makes a truly great slice. That curiosity turned into an obsession, leading him to study the craft, refine his techniques, and eventually open Scottie’s Pizza Parlor in Portland, Oregon.
