Artisan High-Temperature Clay Stones

Engineered for performance above 370°C (700°F), PizzaMaster’s optional Artisan High-Temperature Clay Stones are specially designed for chefs seeking true wood-fired results with electric oven consistency. These stones are made from a proprietary blend of Italian alluvial clay, slightly thicker and more textured than ceramic clay hearthstones. The added thickness naturally lowers the surface temperature, which helps prevent burning the bottom of the pizza, a common issue when baking at extreme heat.

Unlike ceramic clay hearthstones that retain and release heat aggressively, these artisan stones are intentionally calibrated to moderate heat transfer. The slightly smaller stone size also reduces thermal mass, ensuring a more balanced bake when oven temperatures soar. Though capacity is minimally impacted due to the stone configuration, it’s largely irrelevant when baking times are as short as 60-90 seconds. Many pizzerias designate one deck specifically for high-temperature pizzas, using Artisan Stones to achieve that fast, flame-like finish, without the open flame.

Extended Ventilation Hood

The Extended Ventilation Hood is a valuable enhancement for any kitchen and is strongly recommended for high-temperature baking and steam-assisted applications. It is particularly beneficial when using Xtreme Performance features, such as baking Neapolitan pizza or other products that require extreme baking temperatures.

In ultra-high-heat and steam-intensive scenarios, traditional hoods may struggle to manage the combined release of heat, smoke, and vapor that occurs when the oven door is opened. The Extended Hood is engineered to improve capture efficiency at the source, helping to direct heat, smoke, and steam into the ventilation system more effectively. This supports a safer, cleaner working environment and more stable kitchen conditions during demanding baking operations.

Factory Direct Ventilation System

The Factory Direct Ventilation System is an optional solution designed to simplify oven exhaust requirements while delivering superior control over airflow and heat balance. Unlike traditional setups that require two separate ventilation connections (one for the oven chamber and another for the front door area) this system uses internally routed tubing to combine both airflow paths into a single central connection point

7-Day Automatic On/Off Timer

The PizzaMaster 7-Day Automatic On/Off Timer is a convenient, programmable feature that helps streamline your kitchen’s workflow by automating oven startup and shutdown. You can set different on/off times for each day or day of the week to match your operating hours, perfect for avoiding early startups or forgetting to power down at closing. Whether you’re a small business owner juggling multiple tasks or managing a high-volume kitchen, this feature ensures your oven is ready when you need it and off when you don’t, helping reduce energy waste and manual oversight.

The timer is especially useful for split-shift operations, such as restaurants that close after lunch and reopen for dinner. It can be set to automatically shut off during downtime and power back on before service resumes. For added convenience, it also updates automatically for daylight saving time, making it a true set-it-and-forget-it solution.

Phantom Black Finish

Enhance the visual presence of your PizzaMaster oven with the Steel Phantom Black Finish, an optional stainless-steel treatment designed for kitchens where performance and design carry equal weight. Rather than a painted or coated surface, Phantom Black is created by treating the stainless steel itself, resulting in a deep, dark finish with subtle color-shifting (cangiante) characteristics that change with light and viewing angle.

Because no paint or added color is applied, the Phantom Black Finish becomes part of the steel, not a surface layer. This means it maintains its appearance over time, avoiding the wear, discoloration, or surface damage commonly associated with painted finishes in high-use environments. The result is a durable, professional finish that stands up to daily operation while delivering a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

Disassemble Design for 2-Deck Oven

Disassemble Design is a standard feature for PizzaMaster’s 3-, 4-, and 5-deck ovens to simplify delivery through narrow spaces. However, due to their smaller size, 2-deck ovens are usually installed without issue, often tilted onto their back to fit through standard doorways. In rare cases where space is especially limited, customers can opt to order the 2-deck oven with a disassemble design. This optional feature allows the oven to be partially taken apart for easier entry during delivery or installation, helping avoid costly or complex workarounds. It’s an added-cost option available only when needed.

Steam System

Our powerful ovens excel in crafting perfect pizzas and are equally adept at producing artisanal breads and pastries. PizzaMaster ovens come equipped with high-power natural clay hearth stones. When integrated with our exclusive and patented Steam System these ovens allow you to create bread and pastries with an old-world style.

This cutting-edge steam technology is meticulously engineered, featuring a steam package inside one or more oven decks. The oven connects seamlessly to your local water supply, filling the unit automatically. The oven’s ambient heat converts the water into steam, which is released into the deck at the touch of a button on the control panel. This eliminates the need for manual basin emptying or wastewater concerns.

Bakery products are predominantly Highrise products, hence the steam feature is provided with our Extra High Deck option. The Extra High Deck boasts an internal height of 245 mm (9.6 in), providing more space than our standard height of 210 mm (8.2in). It’s important to note that these features are integrated during the manufacturing process and cannot be added retrospectively.

Extra-High Deck

The Extra-High Deck is a specialized design option for PizzaMaster ovens that provides additional vertical space inside the baking chamber, with an internal height of 245 mm (9.6 in). This added clearance is ideal for deep-dish pizza, artisan bread, and other products that require extra height during baking.

Unlike typical ovens where increased deck height results in a taller overall unit, PizzaMaster achieves this configuration by reengineering the internal cavity and door structure, allowing the oven’s external frame size to remain unchanged. This unique approach delivers greater internal capacity without increasing the oven’s footprint or affecting kitchen layout.

With baked products positioned farther from the top heating elements, the Extra-High Deck also helps reduce the risk of burning or over-browning, which is especially important for taller or longer-bake items. This added height provides bakers and pizzerias with greater menu flexibility, enabling them to expand offerings without the need for a separate oven.

Note: The Extra High Deck is not compatible with the Xtreme Performance high-temperature option, but it is a highly practical upgrade for mid- to high-volume artisan baking.

Power Guard™

Power Guard™ is a smart, optional upgrade designed to make PizzaMaster ovens more accessible in kitchens with limited electrical infrastructure. By intelligently sharing power between two oven decks, Power Guard reduces the total amperage required for installation by up to 50%, without compromising core functionality.

Here’s how it works: the system designates one deck as the primary, which always operates at full capacity. The second deck (the secondary) automatically adjusts its power usage based on the workload of the primary deck. If the primary deck is inactive or operating at low demand, the secondary deck can ramp up to full power. If the primary deck is under heavy use, the secondary will temporarily operate at a reduced capacity.

The result is an efficient, fully automatic power-sharing system that enables high-performance baking with reduced electrical demands, perfect for spaces where amperage is limited or costly to upgrade.

Dual Voltage System

PizzaMaster ovens with the Dual Voltage System are factory-configured to operate on either 230V 3-phase or 400V 3-phase + neutral power supplies, making them ideal for international or multi-site operations where electrical infrastructure varies. This switchable configuration provides installers and operators with greater flexibility and eliminates the need for custom rewiring or transformers.

The system is designed for seamless electrical integration while maintaining consistent performance, safety, and energy efficiency across both voltage settings. Whether you’re operating in North America, Europe, or another region, this feature ensures that the oven can be adapted to meet local power requirements without compromising functionality.

Underbuilt Cabinet (UBC)

The Under-Built Cabinet (UBC) transforms unused space beneath your PizzaMaster oven into functional, easily accessible storage. Available for 1-, 2-, and 3-deck ovens, the UBC features sliding glass doors, standard adjustable interior shelving, and an open sliding shelf option.

Both the doors and the shelves are removable for easy cleaning, with no tools required. The cabinet offers flexibility in interior layout, allowing operators to adjust shelf height and width as needed. On 1- and 2-deck ovens, the included sliding unloading shelf (normally mounted above the oven) can be installed on top of the cabinet for added convenience. However, this feature is not included on 3-deck models due to limited vertical clearance.

By integrating storage directly into the oven base (legs), the UBC maximizes floor space and improves kitchen workflow, all while maintaining the oven’s stability and clean appearance. It’s a smart, practical solution for busy kitchens looking to optimize every inch of space.

Underbuilt Cabinet with Proofer (UBC-P)

The Under-Built Cabinet with Proofer (UBC-P) combines all the benefits of the UBC (sliding glass doors, adjustable and removable shelving) but also includes a built-in proofing function, creating a space-efficient, high-performance environment for dough fermentation, perfect for bakeries or pizzerias.

Whether you’re baking bread or prepping pizza dough, the UBC-P provides the gentle, consistent warmth and humidity needed for optimal rise without taking up extra space in the kitchen.

Lockable Casters for 5-deck Oven

Lockable Casters offer a practical solution where mobility is occasionally needed – whether for installation, cleaning, servicing, repositioning, or access to utilities. Despite the weight of a 5-deck oven, these heavy-duty casters make it possible to move the unit with control and ease.

Once positioned, the casters lock securely to keep the oven stable during operation, ensuring both safety and performance. This feature is especially useful in dynamic kitchen environments or where flexibility in layout is required.

Marine Option

The Marine Option is a specialized oven configuration designed for ships, cruise lines, offshore platforms, and other marine environments. This feature set includes enhanced corrosion resistance for saltwater exposure, mechanical modifications to prevent movement during rough seas, and compliance with strict hygienic standards for food safety in international waters.

Built to withstand the unique challenges of maritime service, the oven is adapted for a wide range of land and marine voltages and other vessel-specific power requirements. It also features design changes such as the removal of sliding shelves or loose components that could shift during transit. The Marine Option is not just rugged, it’s smart.

Near Coastal Option

The Near Coastal Option is a factory-configured environmental protection package for PizzaMaster ovens intended for land-based installations in coastal regions. It provides enhanced resistance to salt air, corrosion, humidity, and weather exposure, particularly in outdoor or semi-outdoor setups such as patios, beachfront restaurants, and tropical resort kitchens.

Side Shield Panel

In tight commercial kitchens where space is limited, ovens are often positioned next to heat-intensive or grease-producing appliances like fryers, grills, or broilers. In these scenarios, the optional Side Shield Panel provides critical protection.

The panel acts as a durable thermal and splash barrier, shielding the oven’s side surfaces from ambient heat, grease splatter, and exhaust coming from adjacent equipment. This not only preserves the finish and integrity of the oven but also ensures safer operation and regulatory compliance. Additional Sliding Unloading Shelf

Every PizzaMaster oven support is equipped with one sliding unloading shelf as standard, designed to support smooth, efficient loading and unloading during daily operation. For kitchens that require added flexibility during peak service or multi-deck workflows, a second sliding unloading shelf is available as an option.

The Additional Sliding Unloading Shelf is engineered to the same heavy-duty specifications as the standard shelf, ensuring durability, smooth operation, and a precise fit with the oven support. A maximum of two sliding unloading shelves can be installed per support, providing expanded working surface without compromising stability or accessibility.

Whether supporting higher production demands or creating additional staging space during service, the optional sliding unloading shelf enhances workflow efficiency and helps keep kitchen operations moving smoothly.

Fixed Unloading Shelf on 4-Deck Oven

While 4- and 5-deck PizzaMaster ovens do not include unloading shelves as standard, operators can opt for a fixed-position shelf designed specifically for 4-deck models. This non-sliding shelf is securely mounted at the base of the oven, just above the casters, providing a stable, out-of-the-way surface.

Positioned low on the oven, the fixed shelf is best suited for temporary storage of essential items, such as pizza boxes, trays, screens, or tools that need to remain close at hand during service, rather than for direct food handling. Its fixed design eliminates moving parts while maintaining full structural integrity and keeping the oven footprint unchanged.

Ideal for high-volume environments that benefit from added organization at the oven station, the Fixed Staging Shelf offers a practical way to improve workflow efficiency without interfering with oven operation or hygiene standards.

Side Shelf

The Side Shelf is a practical accessory for the PizzaMaster Multi-Functional Stand, adding valuable surface space to either the left or right side of the oven or both, if space allows. With a depth of 300 mm (11.8 in), it provides a sturdy surface for staging pizza boxes, storing plates, or keeping prep essentials close at hand.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the shelf can be installed in either an upper or lower position to suit your workflow and available space. Up to two side shelves can be mounted per side of the oven, allowing operators to scale storage as needed. The same triangle-bracket mounting system can also be adapted for wall installation if required. For kitchens that can accommodate the additional footprint, the Side Shelf offers a space-efficient way to improve organization and convenience during peak service.

Oil and Spice Rack

The Oil and Spice Rack is a handy, space-saving accessory designed to mount directly onto the your PizzaMaster oven stand. It features two compartments for oil bottles or spice containers, making it easy to season or finish pizzas immediately after baking, right at the oven shelf.

The rack also includes optional space for a pizza cutter, ensuring that your most-used tools are always within reach.
