Brooklyn-born Scott is a Guiding Star and a Community Advocate for the Portland and US pizza stage!

Growing up in New Mexico, Scott longed for the authentic New York-style pizzas of his childhood. This passion, combined with the creativity and dedication from his background as a musician, led him to perfect his craft across various pizza havens before opening his first Scottie’s Pizza Parlor in 2015.

Scott’s dedication to quality ingredients and old-school techniques, combined with his use of his PizzaMaster^_® ovens, models PM 932ED and PM 933ED, ensures each pizza is baked to perfection. He specializes in New York-style pizza and hard-to-find Grandma-style slices, showcasing his commitment to authenticity and excellence. As an ambassador for PizzaMaster^_®, Scott exemplifies the precision and artistry these ovens bring to the culinary world.

Beyond making great pizza, Scott is committed to social responsibility. He ensures all employees earn living wages and runs a Pay-It-Forward program to help feed those in need.
