Courage, determination, and passion are ingredients, not only in Ciro’s kitchen at his “Margherí”, but as well guiding stars in his own personal life. Pizzaiolo since the age of 13, Neapolitan origins, with strong impacts from foodie Italian Region Emilia Romagna and today spreading the Italian Culinary heritage in Vietnam.
He is gathering his life in his restaurant where he serves a selection of some few Classical Italian pizzas, but with the highlight on a selection of Gourmet Pizzas.
Ciro is managing the production for Margherí with a one deck PM 731ED equipped with Optional PizzaMaster® High Temp Extreem Performance 500 °C / 932 °F.
Besides his core business, Margherí, Ciro is as well working as consultant for the pizza industry in Asia.
