At Cirasella Luigi is serving a slightly crispy contemporary pizza from natural sourdough, “Pizza Padellino” and Peel Pizza, all topped with premium regional ingredients. His partner in the kitchen is a PM 732ED with one High temp deck 500 degrees C and Artisan High Temp Stones.

Granum Bakery Bistro is managing the whole day’s production from breakfast to dinner with a PM 833ED with Steam System and Extended Hood. Croissants, Biscuits, Lasagna, all kinds of Breads, and Cakes, not to mention Panettone and Colomba for Holidays. You name it!
